Reasonably clean hotel with extremely helpful employees in the Main Restaurant. Location just off movie theater and restaurants and also the northland mall and the square. Well priced and great-sized rooms with shower and nice WiFi, as example, easy location.

Pleasant and clean place, very, very nice and courteous staff. Quiet and airy rooms come with very comfy beds. Magnificent and perfectly comfortable location in a good area walking distance to a theatre and a gallery. Pleasant restaurant for dinner. Simply nothing too much trouble, very comfortable stay.

Centre. The breakfast choices were plentiful, and the staff's willingness to accommodate our needs stood out. The only downside was the shuttle service not starting until 9 am.

We faced serious frustration with the room's amenities. Despite notifying the staff multiple times, the TV malfunction remained unresolved. Receiving a late checkout miscommunication led to an awkward situation with housekeepers. This inconsistency in service at a higher price is unacceptable.

I was thrilled with the modern design of my Superior Queen Room, with an automatic motion detection light in the bathroom-perfect for those late-night trips! The bed was comfortable. Plus, I loved the hotel's lovely garden area for some peaceful downtime.

The cleaness of the room
Staff are cold; the interior looking (e.g. corridor) and equipment of the building (e.g. lift and stairwell) are old and simple. Overall, over-priced for its location, service and condition.
